By downloading, accessing, or using the Gymguru mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gymguru provides AI-powered workout planning and tracking services. The App offers personalized workout plans, exercise tracking, and progress analytics.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Some features of the App are available only with a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly) through your Apple App Store account.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Health Disclaimer

The App provides fitness information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
